Gerraspine AG today announced that the Company’s CE certification was renewed for another 3 years.

Gerraspine AG is now in the process of a European market launch and expects to be fully integrated in 4 of the largest markets for spinal implants in Europe, by the end of the 3rd quarter of 2010 .

Our implant has been developed to provide a motion preserving alternative to spinal fusion, for patients suffering from chronic low back pain due to facet disease. The system resurfaces diseased facet anatomy, thereby, allowing the surgeon to alleviate pain while restoring physiological motion and stability to the lumbar spine.
